If Something Stops Working
Occasionally an item stops working after you've already started using it. It's uncommon, but here's how we handle it.
Why This Can Happen
Platforms run automated checks that can occasionally affect an item after delivery, independent of anything you did wrong.
What We'll Do
If something stops working within a reasonable window after delivery, message us with your order reference and a description of what's happening (an error message, a "suspended" notice, anything specific helps). We'll either restore access to the original item, replace it with a working equivalent, or — if neither is possible — issue store credit or a refund for that item, on a case-by-case basis.
What We Can't Guarantee
We can't promise a platform will never flag something down the line. We also can't help with issues caused by changes you made yourself after delivery (see finding and storing your order details).
Reducing the Risk
Avoid changing any settings on a delivered item unless we've specifically told you to. The less you alter about how your order arrived, the less likely it is to trip a platform's automated checks.
