Refund Policy

Placeholder — not legal advice
This page is scaffolding for the real policy, not binding legal language. Sections marked [PLACEHOLDER] need an actual business decision, and the whole page should be reviewed by a lawyer before it governs a real transaction.
Read this before you check out — it's linked from the payment step for a reason. This is the single policy that gets referenced most often when something goes wrong with an order.
Items Are Non-Refundable Once Revealed
Items are non-refundable once revealed. Once you reveal an item from your order page, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund, regardless of reason — including a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or deciding you no longer want the game. The reveal is deliberately one-time and irreversible, which is why checkout requires you to actively confirm you understand this before you can mark an order as paid.
If you haven't revealed an item yet, contact us before you do — once revealed, this policy is final.
If an Item Stops Working
In rare cases, an item can stop working after delivery.
If this happens to you within [PLACEHOLDER: the specific time window, e.g. "7 days" or "14 days" — a business decision, not a technical one] of delivery, message us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will do one of the following, at our discretion:
- Restore access to the original item
- Replace it with a working equivalent
- Issue store credit or a refund for that item, if neither of the above is possible
Outside that window, [PLACEHOLDER: does support/replacement continue on a case-by-case basis, or does eligibility end entirely? — business decision].
This does not cover items that stop working because of changes you made yourself after delivery.
If Payment Cannot Be Verified
Every order has a 45-minute reservation window to complete payment. If that window closes before you claim payment, the reservation simply expires — no charge was ever taken, so there's nothing to refund; you're free to check out again.
If you did send a payment but we can't match it to your order (the amount doesn't line up, or the reservation expired before we could verify it), contact us with proof of payment. [PLACEHOLDER: exact resolution process and timeline the business commits to for unmatched payments].
We do not reject a claimed payment outright for an honest amount mismatch — see How Payment Verification Works — we'll reach out first to sort it out.
[PLACEHOLDER] Refund Method and Processing Time
[PLACEHOLDER: how an approved refund is actually paid out — same method it arrived by? store credit only? — and how many business days it takes].
[PLACEHOLDER] Chargebacks
[PLACEHOLDER: policy on bank/card chargebacks or wallet disputes filed outside this process — most manual-verification storefronts state that a chargeback after delivery may result in suspension of store access; confirm the business's actual stance before publishing].
[PLACEHOLDER] Exceptions
[PLACEHOLDER: any additional exceptions the business wants carved out — bulk orders, promotional pricing, etc.].
Questions
If you're unsure whether your situation is covered, ask before revealing an item — see our Contact page or message us on WhatsApp from your order page.
